Red, White and Win! Sweepstakes Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR CREDIT UNION MEMBERSHIP WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
How to Enter
Eligible individuals may receive up to three (3) entries during the Promotion Period as follows:
- One (1) entry for following Sponsor's Facebook page.
- One (1) entry for following Sponsor's Instagram account.
- One (1) entry for completing an official entry form at any Sponsor branch location.
Limit three (3) total entries per person during the Promotion Period. Duplicate entries beyond the stated limit will be void.
Sponsor
The Red, White and Win! Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Calcasieu Teachers and Employees Credit Union ("Sponsor").
Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Louisiana who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, directors, officials, volunteers, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate.
Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins on Friday, June 26, 2026 and ends on July 15, 2026 ("Promotion Period").
Prize
One (1) winner will receive a premium ice chest filled with summer-themed promotional items and merchandise. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $200.
Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about July 15.
The winner will be notified by phone, email, social media direct message, or other contact information provided. If the selected winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, is found to be ineligible, or fails to claim the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, photograph, likeness, and hometown for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
Release
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.
Social Media Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta. Entrants understand that they are providing information to Sponsor and not to Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.
Governing Law
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
